Everyone thinks about the Kitchenaid mixer they have when they her the work Kitchenaid appliance part. Kitchen Aid makes much more than mixers. Common appliances that may need fixing are air conditioners, dehumidifiers, dishwashers and dryers.
Less commonly, dryers, garbage disposers and Kitchenaid hot water dispensers may need new parts. More often than standard, KitchenAid Ice Makers will need attention. Kitchenaid also makes high quality ice makers and microwaves as well as cooking appliances such as ranges, ovens and stoves that may need repairing.
Dryer Most Common Problem is that the Dryer takes
too long to dry. This is sometimes caused by the exhaust vent or outside exhaust hood clogged with
lint and restricting air movement.
A clogged exhaust vent system slows moist air from leaving the dryer and extends drying time. Run the dryer for 5-10 minutes. Hold your hand under the outside exhaust hood to check air movement. If the air movement is less than a hair dryer on high speed, clean the lint from the entire length of the system and exhaust hood.
