This Is The "lifetime" Hepa Filter That Sits Underneath Of The Dust Bin. It Is The Final Filter On The Vacuum, And Requires The Use Of A Flat Head Screwdriver To Remove. You Should At Least Inspect This Filter Once A Year. After Adaquate Usage, You Will Start To Notice A Black Soot Starting To Accumulate At The Bottom Of The Filter.
